Warranty & Returns


Sande manufactures its products to very high standards and we are confident our products will perform well. Accordingly, we warranty our products against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship to the original owner, for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. 

This warranty does not extend to damage caused by improper installation, faulty ancillary equipment, modifications, unauthorized repair, shipping damage or loss,  accidents, water soak or other acts of God, normal wear and tear, or purchase from unauthorized dealers. Proof of purchase as evidence the unit was purchased from an authorized dealer within the warranty period may be required for warranty service. Should service be necessary, please do NOT return the product without first contacting your dealer or SANDE auto parts company. 

This warranty is non-transferable. Sande auto parts company will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the product, or damages caused by this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of consequential damages, therefore, these restrictions may not apply to you.

Return/Exchange policy
In the unlikely event you experience a problem with any of our products, please contact us directly for a return authorization number. Please have the item number, description of the problem and take picture and video.

Likewise, if you wish to return your purchase for a refund you must do so within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Please contact us toll free with your order number so that we can provide you with the return authorization number and the return shipping address. needed to process the return within a timely manner. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. To avoid any charges, all returns and exchanges must include the product box, any and all accessories 

Refunds generally will appear within one to two billing statements on the same card used to make the original purchase. If the order was placed using a check or money order, a check will be provided for the refund.
